In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context requires otherwise:

Access to and use of the idr707 platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. idr707 enforces a strict minimum age policy. Any Player found to be under 21 at the time of registration or at any subsequent point will have their account immediately closed and all funds handled in accordance with our responsible gaming procedures.
• Residency: You must be a resident of Indonesia or a jurisdiction in which access to online betting and gaming services is not expressly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you. You must not be subject to any court order or legal restriction that would prevent you from engaging in betting or gaming activities.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not have voluntarily self-excluded from the Platform or from any other gaming service in a manner that would make your access to idr707 a violation of that self-exclusion commitment.
• Single Account: You may hold only one registered account on idr707 at any time. Registering multiple accounts, whether under your own name or using a third party's identity, is strictly prohibited.
• Personal Use Only: You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or intermediary for any third party. Accounts created for the purpose of betting on behalf of others are not permitted.

To access real-money betting and gaming on idr707, you must create a registered account. The following provisions govern the account registration process and your ongoing obligations as an account holder:

• Accurate Information: You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information at registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• Account Credentials: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your username and password. idr707 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. You must not share your credentials with any third party.
• Unauthorized Access: You must notify idr707 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized access to, or use of, your account. idr707 will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorized access where you failed to notify us promptly or where the breach resulted from your own negligence.
• One Account Per Person: Each Player is permitted to maintain only one registered account. If idr707 detects duplicate accounts linked to the same individual — identified by name, address, payment method, device fingerprint, or IP address — all associated accounts may be suspended pending investigation, and any balances may be forfeited.
• Account Currency: All idr707 accounts are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). idr707 does not support multi-currency accounts. All deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals are processed in IDR.
• Right to Refuse: idr707 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for that decision.

idr707 exclusively processes financial transactions in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The following terms apply to all deposit and withdrawal activity on the Platform:

4.1 Deposits

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is Rp 20.000 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit under standard account conditions, though enhanced verification may be required for deposits above Rp 50.000.000.
• Supported Methods: Deposits are accepted via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, OVO, GoPay, DANA, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. idr707 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time with reasonable notice.
• Processing Time: Deposits made via bank transfer are credited within 1–5 minutes of confirmation. E-wallet deposits (OVO, GoPay, DANA, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are typically credited instantly. idr707 is not liable for delays caused by third-party banking systems.
• Own Funds Only: You may only deposit funds that belong to you. Depositing funds on behalf of a third party, or using payment methods registered to another person, is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
• Failed Deposits: If a deposit does not appear in your account within 30 minutes, please contact the idr707 support team immediately via live chat. Retain your bank transfer receipt or e-wallet confirmation for reference.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000 per transaction.
• Verification Requirement: All withdrawals are subject to successful completion of the KYC identity verification process (see Clause 8). Withdrawals requested to payment methods that differ from the original deposit method may require additional documentation.
• Processing Hours: Withdrawal requests are processed between 08:00 and 22:00 WIB daily, including weekends. Requests submitted outside these hours will be queued for processing at 08:00 WIB the following day.
• Processing Time: Approved withdrawals are typically credited to the Player's designated bank account or e-wallet within 30 minutes to 3 hours of approval during processing hours. Delays resulting from bank processing times are outside idr707's control.
• Withdrawal to Verified Accounts Only: idr707 will only process withdrawals to bank accounts and e-wallets that have been verified as belonging to the account holder. Third-party payment requests will be declined.
• Right to Request Documentation: idr707 reserves the right to request additional supporting documentation — including a copy of a government-issued ID (KTP), bank statement, or source-of-funds declaration — before processing any withdrawal, regardless of the amount.

idr707 offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following terms, which apply in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:

• Wagering Requirement: Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion, all bonus amounts are subject to a minimum 30× wagering requirement. This means a bonus of Rp 100.000 requires total bets of Rp 3.000.000 to be placed before the bonus balance becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• Bonus Validity Period: Bonuses that have not been claimed or fully wagered within 7 calendar days of being credited to an account will expire automatically and be forfeited without further notice.
• One Bonus Per Promotion: Each promotional offer is available once per eligible Player, per promotional period, unless otherwise stated. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times using multiple accounts is prohibited.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Sports betting wagers typically contribute 100% of the stake. Live casino games contribute 20%. Certain excluded games — as listed in the individual promotion terms — contribute 0%.
• Maximum Bonus Conversion: Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, the maximum amount that may be converted from bonus balance to withdrawable real-money balance from any single bonus is capped at 5× the original bonus value.
• Abuse Prevention: idr707 reserves the right to void bonuses and withhold associated winnings if there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: matched betting, hedging wagers, low-variance play patterns designed solely to clear wagering requirements, or exploitation of a system error.
• idr707 Discretion: idr707 may modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time. We reserve the right to amend bonus terms if we reasonably believe a promotion has been misunderstood or is being systematically exploited.

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on the idr707 Platform. Game-specific rules, odds formats, and market settlement procedures are published within each individual game or betting section of the Platform and are incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference.

• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits vary by game type and market. Current limits are displayed within the relevant game or betting interface at the time of placing a wager.
• Bet Acceptance: idr707 reserves the right to decline or partially accept any wager at its sole discretion. A bet is confirmed only when the Platform issues a confirmed bet receipt or confirmation reference number.
• Errors and Obvious Mistakes: In the event of a manifest error in odds, payout calculations, or game outcomes caused by a technical fault or human error, idr707 reserves the right to void affected wagers and refund stakes at its discretion. Obvious-error provisions do not apply to outcomes that were already settled correctly at the time of an unrelated system error.
• Sports Betting — Bandar bola (sports bookmaking) and Mix parlay (accumulator betting): Football betting markets, including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, and Piala AFF, are governed by the settlement rules published in the Sportsbook section. Voor bola (Asian handicap) markets are settled according to the handicap line published at the time the bet was accepted.
• Togel: Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draws are conducted by officially recognized draw operators. idr707 settles togel wagers based on the official published draw results. In the event of a disputed draw, settlement will be suspended pending resolution from the draw operator.
• Live Casino: Live dealer game results are final and binding once the dealer or game system declares the outcome. Disconnection during a live game does not automatically void a placed wager; the game outcome will be settled based on the recorded result on the game server.
• Slot Games: Slot game outcomes are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages represent long-term theoretical averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
• Esports: Esports markets, including Mobile Legends MPL, PUBG Mobile, and Free Fire, are settled based on official match results published by the relevant tournament operator. Walkover results, forfeit outcomes, and map-veto procedures are handled in accordance with the rules published in the Esports section of the Platform.

The following actions constitute a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. idr707 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account found to be engaging in the prohibited conduct listed below, to void all associated bets and bonuses, and to withhold or recover any funds obtained through such conduct:

• Multi-Accounting: Creating, operating, or using more than one account on the Platform, whether under your own identity or that of another person.
• Identity Fraud: Providing false identity documents, using another person's personal or financial details, or impersonating any individual or entity during registration, KYC, or any support interaction.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Players to manipulate game outcomes, share hole cards in poker variants, or artificially influence the result of any betting market.
• Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, automation tools, artificial intelligence systems, or any software designed to interact with the Platform in a manner not approved by idr707.
• Exploitation of Errors: Knowingly exploiting a technical fault, incorrect odds, or any other error on the Platform for financial gain, without reporting the error to idr707 support.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, wager, and withdraw funds for the purpose of disguising the origin of those funds. idr707 complies with anti-money-laundering (AML) obligations and will report suspicious activity to the appropriate authorities.
• Chargebacks: Initiating an unauthorized chargeback, payment reversal, or dispute through a bank or payment provider for a deposit that was legitimately processed by idr707. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in civil or criminal proceedings.
• Harassment: Using threatening, abusive, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate language toward idr707 staff or other Players via any communication channel.

idr707 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in line with responsible gaming obligations and international best practice for online gaming platforms. The following provisions govern KYC requirements:

• Standard Verification Documents: Players are required to submit a clear, legible copy of a valid government-issued photo ID (Indonesian National Identity Card / KTP preferred, or valid passport) and proof of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., bank statement header showing name and account number).

Either party may terminate the account relationship under the following circumstances:

• Voluntary Closure by Player: You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting idr707 support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding non-withdrawable bonus funds) will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding wagering requirements and KYC verification.
• Closure by idr707 — Breach: idr707 may immediately suspend and permanently close your account if you breach any material provision of these Terms & Conditions, including but not limited to the prohibited conduct listed in Clause 7.
• Closure by idr707 — Regulatory: idr707 may close your account if required to do so by a legal order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request from a competent authority.
• Closure by idr707 — Inactivity: Accounts with no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months are classified as dormant. idr707 will notify you at the email address on file before applying any dormancy administration fee. Dormancy fees, where applied, will not reduce your balance below zero.
• Effect of Termination: Upon account closure, all access to the Platform ceases, any pending bonuses are forfeited, and open bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable game rules. idr707 may retain transaction records and identity documents for the period required by applicable law.

idr707 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. The following process applies to any amendment:

• Material changes to these Terms & Conditions will be communicated to registered Players via email notification to the address on file and/or a prominent notice on the Platform's homepage, at least 7 days before the amended terms take effect.
• Non-material amendments — including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter the substance of any provision, or additions required by a change in applicable law — may take effect immediately upon publication.

The arbitration shall be conducted in English. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.
